    • Why do you need my private key / seed phrase?

    In order to move native asset on your behalf, we will need the private key or seed phrase of the wallet.

    What blockchains do you currently support?

    We support Ethereum and Polygon. The native tokens for the respective chains are ETH and MATIC.

    How much does it cost to monitor a wallet?

    To prevent potential abuse of this service and to cover the cost of service, a nominal fee will be charged.

    How does it work?

    We will monitor the blockchain and upon detecting an incoming native token transaction (ie, ETH (Ethereum), MATIC (Polygon)) and sweep it to your designated wallet.

    Why would I want this?

    By ensuring there is no native token on the wallet, an unsophisticated hacker will not be able to perform any transaction, therefore buying you time to plan and execute recovery.

    How do I use this?

    All we need is the seed phrase or private key of the compromised wallet. We will then monitor the blockchain and sweep incoming native token to an address that you specified.

    Is this safe?

    We encrypt your seed phrase or private key and only use it to perform the sweeping of native token to an address of your choice.

    Can I pause or stop the monitoring?

    Yes, when you are prepared and planned for the recovery, you can choose to pause or stop the monitoring and sweeping at any time.

    What are the limitations?

    While this service can reliable sweep native asset within a single confirmation block of it reaching your wallet, it does not prevent a well-sophiscated hacker from employing advance techniques to access your wallet.
